1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) keys and the POWER button for a few seconds.
3. Release the buttons when you see the Android robot logo.
4. Press POWER button to open Recovery Mode.
5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go to the menu item wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to select.
