1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.
2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER for a few seconds.
3. When the Karbonn logo appears, release the POWER button.
4. When the Android robot logo appears, release the Volume Up(+) button.
5. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.
6. Select from the wipe data / factory reset menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.
7. Select from the yes menu and click the POWER button to confirm the selection.
