1. Switch off your phone in any convenient way.

2. Simultaneously hold down the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. After the Android robot image appears on the screen, release all keys.

4. Now press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button to open the Recovery Mode.

5. Then use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button once.

6. Select Yes - delete all user data using the POWER button.

7. To complete the operation, reboot your phone, select "reboot system now" with the POWER button.
