1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.

2. Hold down the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds, go to Boot Mode.

3. In Boot Mode, select the Recovery Mode option using Volume Up(+) to move and Volume Down(-) to select.

4. After the Android robot appears on the screen, press the POWER button once to enter Recovery Mode.
