1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Now, you need to press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. When the Jinga logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. When Recovery mode appears, release the Volume Up(+) button.

5. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.

6. Select from the Yes menu and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. Select from the menu reboot system now and click the POWER button to confirm the selection.




Hard Reset - advantages and disadvantages Jinga Joy?
