1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button at the same time.

3. After the JEASUNG logo appears on the screen, you can release both buttons.

4. The Recovery Mode should now appear on the screen. Use the Volume Up(+) or Volume Down(-) buttons to scroll through the menus.

5. After that, go down to Wipe data / Factory data reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Now, confirm the operation, select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm and wait for the process to complete.

7. Select Reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
