1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press POWER and Volume UP for a few seconds.

3. Release both buttons when Boot Mode appears on the screen.

4. Select Recovery mode using the Volume Up(+) key for movement over the menu and Volume Down key key to confirm.

5. Highlight the option wipe data / factory reset, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm.

6. Select "Yes - Delete All user Data" and press the POWER button to confirm.

7. Now you need to overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
