1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key.

3. When the Intex logo appears, release the POWER button, release the Volume Up(+) button when the image of the Android robot appears.

4. Press the POWER button, Volume Up(+) key to enter the recovery mode.

5. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons, and then press the POWER button once.

6. Select Yes - Delete All User Data using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.

7. Next, you need to overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
