1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key> within a few seconds.

3. When the Intex logo appears, release the POWER button when the Android logo will appear release the Volume Up(+) button.

4. Press the POWER button, Volume Up(+) key to get into Recovery Mode.

5. Highlight in the menu item wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button.

6. Select Yes - Delete All User Data using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.

7. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
