1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time within a few seconds.

3. Now, release the kept buttons when you see Boot mode.

4. Go to Recovery moving using Volume Up(+) and click the Volume Down button to confirm the selection.

5. To open Recovery mode, press and hold the POWER button.

6. To select wipe data / factory reset, use the Volume down button and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

7. End the operation, select Yes and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

8. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.
