1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume UP and POWER buttons for a few seconds.
3. Release the POWER button when the Infinix logo appears.
4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when the XOS "NO Command" image appears.
5. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons to enter Recovery mode.
6. Select wipe data / factory reset using the volume update keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.
7. Select Factory Data Reset and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
8. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
