1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when you see the Android Robot image.

4. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons to go to Recovery Mode.

5. Highlight in the menu item wipe data / factory reset, using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button, To confirm the selection.

6. You need to take a reset operation, select Yes using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.
