1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button within a few seconds.

3. Next, you need to release the kept buttons when the Huawei logo appears on the screen.

4. Select the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons wipe data / factory reset and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

5. Once again, select the wipe data / factory reset menu and confirm the selection by clicking the POWER button.

6. Select reboot system now and confirm the selection by clicking the POWER button.
