1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.
2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.
3. Release all buttons if recovery mode appears .
4. Select Clear Data using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to select.
5. Select Factory Reset and enter the word Yes.
6. Select again Factory Reset.
7. Return to the main menu and select Restart.
