1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Next, you need to simultaneously press the POWER and Volume UP buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when the menu appears on the screen.

4. Select Recovery using Volume Up(+) To go through the menu and press Volume Down(-) To select the menu item.

5. Press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button together on a couple of seconds to enter the Recovery Mode.

6. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. Select from the menu Yes - Delete All user data and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

8. Select from the menu reboot system now and confirm the selection by the POWER button.
