1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds and the POWER button.

3. Release the buttons when the screen will light up.

4. Select the option wipe data / factory reset Turning around the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button.
