1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press and hold the Volume down and POWER key> for a few seconds.

3. Now, release the retained buttons when it appears download mode.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) key to select the bootloader option and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

5. Use the Volume Down(-) key, select the option reboot to recovery mode and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. When an exclamation mark appears on the phone screen, press POWER and Volume Up(+) key for a couple of seconds.

7. Select the option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and press the POWER button to confirm .

8. Select from the Yes - Delete all user data from the menu and press the POWER button to confirm the operation.

9. Select from the menu reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm the operation.
