1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the POWER button Home button.

3. Hold the buttons until it appears a black screen with a warning sign.

4. Click Alt L.

5. Click Alt W to select wipe data / factory reset.

6. Press the Home and back back .

7. The phone will reboot.
