1. Turn off your phone using the POWER button.
2. Hold the Volume Down(-) key together with the POWER key until you see the logo on the screen.
3. You are now in Recovery mode.
4. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset option from the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) navigation buttons and confirm the action with the POWER button .
5. Confirm your decision again by selecting Yes to continue.
