1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.
2. Next, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.
3. Release all held buttons when the GOOWEEL logo appears.
4. In this mode, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and confirm with the POWER button.
