1. To start the hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Then press and hold the Volume Down(-) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. Select Recovery using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button to confirm.

4. When the Android robot logo appears on the screen, press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) key for a few seconds.

5. Press the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to select wipe data / factory reset and then press the POWER key to confirm.

6. Select Yes - delete all user data and then press the POWER button to confirm.

7. Restart your phone, select "reboot system now" and then press the POWER button to confirm.
