1. First, turn off your phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the POWER and Volume Down(-) buttons at the same time until you see the GEECOO logo.

3. In a couple of seconds you will be taken to Recovery Mode.

4. Highlight the item in the wipe data / factory reset menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) navigation buttons and confirm the action with the POWER button .

5. Confirm your decision again by selecting Yes to continue.

6. After deleting all personal data, you will see the Android settings screen.
