1. To start the hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Press and hold the POWER and Volume Down(-) buttons at the same time until you see the GEECOO logo.

3. In a couple of seconds you will be taken to Recovery Mode.

4. From here select wipe data / factory reset with the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate and confirm with the POWER button.

5. Confirm your decision again by selecting Yes to continue.

6. After deleting all personal data, you will see the Android settings screen.

In simple words, Hard Reset means hard resetting the phone. As a result, the system automatically returns to the factory settings and the system is completely cleared. Contacts, correspondence, application, files, search queries, passwords - all of this is deleted from the device's memory.
