1. Switch off the phone with the POWER button.
2. Hold down the POWER and Volume Down(-) keys at the same time until the GOME logo appears on the screen.
3. You are now in Recovery mode.
4. From there select wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate and confirm with the POWER button.
5. Confirm your decision again by selecting Yes to continue.
