1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.
2. Press the two Volume Up(+) buttons and the POWER button simultaneously for a few seconds.
3. When the Gome logo appears, release the held buttons.
4. Now in Recovery mode select the wipe data / factory reset option with the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and confirm with the POWER.
5. Then confirm the whole operation by selecting Yes.
6. Finally, you can press the POWER button when the "reboot system now" option is selected.
