1. To start the hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down(-) and POWER buttons at the same time until the GOME logo appears on the screen.
3. You are now in Recovery mode.
4. Navigate to wipe data / factory reset with the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate and confirm with the POWER button.
5. Confirm your decision again by selecting Yes to continue.
