1. To start the hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. When the FIREFLY logo appears, release all keys.

4. If an Android robot appears, click the Volume Up(+) button.

5. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset option from the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate and the POWER key to confirm your selection .

6. Select Yes from the menu and press the POWER button once.

7. Restart your phone, select "reboot system now" with the POWER button.
