1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time within a few seconds.

3. Now, release the retained buttons when you see the Android logo.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.
