1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up(+), POWER button for a few seconds.

3. After that, you need to release the holding buttons when you see the Android icon.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.
