1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button within a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all the keys.

4. Select from the Recovery menu using Volume Up(+) Going around the menu and click the Volume Down(-) button to confirm the selection.

5. When the Android robot appears on the screen of your device, press the POWER and Volume UP button.

6. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select from the menu wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.
