1. The phone must be turned off.
2. Press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.
3. Now, release the POWER button when you see the DOOPRO logo.
4. When Recovery Mode appears, release the Volume Up(+) button.
5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
