1. The phone must be switched off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time.
3. Release all buttons when Boot Mode appears.
4. Now use the Volume Up(+) key to select Recovery and press the Volume Down(-) button to confirm your choice.
5. Then continue to hold the POWER button.

7. In Recovery mode, you can go to wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and confirm this action with using the POWER button.
8. Select Yes from the menu.
9. Finally, find and navigate to "reboot system now" and confirm this action with the POWER button.
