1. The phone must be switched off.
2. Then press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

4. Navigate to Recovery with Volume Up(+) and press the Volume Down(-) button to confirm your selection.

7. Then use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.
