1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER key for a few seconds.

3. When the DooGee logo appears, release all the keys.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Select Yes and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

6. Select reboot system now and confirm with the POWER button.
