1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time within a few seconds.

3. When the DOOGEE logo will appear on the screen of your device. Log all keys.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Select reboot system now and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
