1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER simultaneously.

3. Release the buttons when Boot Mode appears on the screen. 4. Select Recovery Mode. Using Volume Up(+) turning through the menu items and press the Volume Down button to confirm.

5. When the Android robot logo appears, press POWER and Volume UP.

6. Select Recovery using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to move and the POWER button for selection.

7. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset from the menu, using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to move through the menu, and press the POWER button. To confirm.

8. Select Yes and confirm using the POWER button.
