1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER> together for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons when you see the Doogee logo.

4. Use the Volume Down(-) button wipe data / factory reset and click the POWER button to make a choice.

5. Select Yes - Delete All user Data and click POWER button to make a choice.

6. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and click the POWER button to make a choice.
