1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Now, you need to simultaneously press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. When the DooGee logo appears, release all the keys.

4. Select the option "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.
