1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the "POWER POWER and Volume UP and Volume UP button for a few seconds to go to Recovery Mode.

3. Select wipe data / factory reset Using Volume Up(+)/Down(-) and POWER button for selection.
