1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.
2. At the same time, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds.
3. When the DOOGEE logo appears, release the keeled buttons.
4. Using the Volume down buttons, select wipe data / factory reset and confirm the selection by the POWER button.
