1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key> within a few seconds.

3. Use the Volume Up(+) key to go through the menu items and select Recovery Mode by clicking the Volume down button.

4. Press POWER button when you see the Android icon.

5. Use the Volume Down(-) key to select wipe data / factory reset and confirm it with the Volume Up(+) button.
