1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Now, you need to press the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. When the Dexp logo appears, release all the keys.

4. After the Android robot image appears on the screen, press POWER and Volume UP again.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset, and press the POWER button.
6. You need to confirm the reset operation, select Yes and press the POWER button.

7. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button.
