1. Phone need to turn off.

2. At the same time, press the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Now, you need to release the POWER button when you see the Cubot logo.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when you see Recovery mode.

5. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.
