1. To start, turn off the phone using the POWER button.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.
3. When the Cubot logo appears, release the POWER button.
4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when it appears Recovery mode.
5. Highlight the menu option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.
