1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. When an Android image appears on the device screen, press the POWER button to enter Recovery Mode.

4. To select wipe data / factory reset, use the Volume Down(-) button to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm.

5. Select Yes - Delete All User Data. Use the Volume Down(-) button to scroll and the POWER button to select.
