1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when you see the Android robot logo.

4. Press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button to enter Recovery Mode.

5. Select wipe data / factory reset Turning through the menu using the Volume down button, and then press the POWER button.
