1. Turn off your phone using the POWER button.
2. Hold down the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button at the same time for a few seconds.
3. You should now see Recovery Mode. 4. From this menu select wipe data / factory reset with the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and confirm with the POWER button.
