1. The phone must be turned off.
2. Simultaneously hold down the Volume Down(-) button and the POWER button until you see the CONQUEST logo.
3. You are now in Recovery mode.
4. Highlight the item in the wipe data / factory reset menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) navigation buttons and confirm the selection with the POWER button .
5. Confirm your decision again by selecting Yes to continue.
6. The phone will start deleting all personal data, and once that is done, you will see the Android setup screen.
