1. Phone need to turn off.
2. Briefly press Volume Up(+) and POWER.
3. Release all keys when you see the download mode pop-up window.
4. Select from the Recovery menu using Volume Up(+) to navigate and Volume Down(-) to confirm the selection.
5. When Android Robot appears, press the Volume UP and POWER button again.
6. Highlight in the menu item wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate the menu and the POWER button to confirm the selection.
7. Now you need to confirm the operation, select the Yes menu and once press the POWER button.
