1. Phone need to turn off.

2. You need to press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Now, you need to release the POWER button when the Celkon logo appears on the screen.

4. Release the Volume Down(-) button when the Android logo appears.

5. To open Recovery mode, press Volume Up(+) or POWER.

6. Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons, select the item in the menu wipe data / factory reset and confirm the action using the POWER button.

7. End the operation, select Yes and confirm the action using the POWER button.

8. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm the action using the POWER button.
